ABOUT LITTLE BEAR
Little Bear has been Sundancing (Lakota Ceremony) for 24 years including 6 years as a Sundance leader. He has been pouring water for sweat lodge for 22 years. Many years ago, he had a vision while dancing that the time would come for him to give back, to help people.
In May 2019, Little Bear was hospitalized for the better part of 2 1/2 months due to extensive blood clots and internal bleeding. During this health crisis he had many spiritual dreams and received spiritual guidance that it’s time to start sharing all he has experienced in his years of Sundancing and pouring water for sweat lodge, as well as what he learned from his Lakota/Ogallala Medicine Men teachers. He discussed this message with his mentor/teacher who supports him moving forward with these teachings and ceremonies in the way he has been directed by Spirit. He must offer paths to wellness through Body, Mind, and Spirit.
He is excited and honored to share this deep spiritual connection with the Taos community and beyond.
